A recent story by the Associated Press finds that at least one in four teenage American girls has a sexually transmitted disease. The most common is HPV, the virus that causes cervical cancer (full story).
Some claim that "safe sex" is the answer, but we know there is only one thing that equals truly safe sex: abstinence.
